  • Generate chapters—usually two or four—in rough draft form.

  • Create a cohesive, forward-moving rhythm for the collaboration.

  • Further develop your book’s “big idea” and clarify your overarching message.

  • Get the writing itself aligned with the voice that’s best suited for the project.
