  • FOUR 1:1 Work Sessions
    90 minutes of focused, high-level collaboration.

  • Chapter-by-Chapter Development
    Each call centers on a primary section, chapter, or concept, allowing for depth rather than diffusion.

  • Written Feedback + Selective Line Edits
    Four rounds of targeted, high-impact guidance on submitted material, to correspond to each of the four 1:1 sessions.

  • Sample Rewrites
    Up to four passages will be offered to you to model tone, clarity, and structure.

  • Light Asynchronous Support
    Between sessions, for short questions, brief excerpts (1–2 pages), and directional guidance, one or two emails per week.

RHYTHM + BOUNDARIES:

The work is intentionally paced to preserve clarity and quality.

  • Focus remains on one chapter, section, or concept at a time.

  • Feedback is targeted rather than exhaustive.

  • Communication is responsive but not continuous.

  • Turnaround for written email responses is typically 24–48 hours (weekdays) and up to five business days for turnaround on any substantive feedback or sample writing templates.

This structure ensures the work remains coherent, elevated, and sustainable.
